At Instacryo Wellness, our mission is to make our Services more accessible and affordable, so our clients can do more of what they love. Part of making Instacryo Wellness more accessible is ensuring we provide accessible appointment scheduling to our clients. To do that, we have  Policies in place.  These policies will help us maintain more accurate schedules for modalities offered at Instacryo Wellness. Policy changes apply to all locations.

Late Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

At least 6 HOURS notice before scheduled appointment. If notified within 6 hours of scheduled appointment Session(s) will be considered Redeemed & Credited as used.

Infrared Sauna Session Count:

Each Person is considered a session. (ex: 2 people in sauna count as 2 sessions.) 

Sauna Session is Reserved for 1 Hour

NO SHOW, NO CALL

No Show, No Call. Session will automatically be deducted from Account

Expiration Policy

All Single Sessions and Packages, Memberships Valid for Only 1 Year from date of Purchase. Regardless if purchase was made in-store, Gift Card, Online, over the phone or Third Party Partner (etc).

Memberships

Platinum, Couples (Duo), and Yearly Memberships allow for (2) sessions a DAY, of any one of the following services: Cryotherapy, Cryo Facial, Celluma Red Light, Localized Cryo, Normatec,  Inbody Scan and Infrared Sauna.

Memberships Cannot be Frozen

Platinum Membership is a 30 Day Program from date of Purchase.

Couples (Duo) Membership is 30 Day Program from date of Purchase. 

Annual Membership is 365 Day Program from date of Purchase.

All Sales Final

ALL SALES FINAL/NO REFUNDS on any service packages, single sessions, gift cards, or retail items. All purchases made are considered final sale.

Late Arrival Policy 

If you are running late to your appointment, please give us a courtesy call as soon as possible to notify our staff, and ensure that we can still accommodate your appointment. We do uphold a 15-minute rule to be able to accommodate you with an abbreviated treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, in which you will be asked to reschedule.

Locations & Session Redemption Policy

Service packages, memberships, gift cards, and single sessions can only be used/redeemed at the location they were purchased from.
